YO4 is Pocklington’s first and only CrossFit facility - which meant that when setting up, they had to make sure it was made to be the best. 

Since their relocation, YO4 has expanded their Bulldog Series Rig from a 420 to 720, adding more room for their growing community. The move, along with a new aesthetic rebrand, has allowed YO4 to continue educating and training their members to a high standard.
